Kumospace has all the amenities of a luxury hotel, club or conference venue… in a virtual space. Miranda will lead a relaxed discussion that will encourage you to mingle, explore and enjoy Kumospace.
Join our Wayside Lead Evaluator, Miranda, for a fun lunchtime hang out in an interesting virtual space.
On Wayside, we want to empower you to connect with the other people who are doing the same important work of creating community, changing minds, helping others and fighting things like injustice, climate change, violence, homelessness and housing insecurity, food insecurity, racism, and gender-based discrimination.
This work can be heavy.
Sometimes you just need to have a coffee with people who understand. Join us for an informal, fun lunchtime of connecting, chatting and exploring. All levels of technology comfort are welcome. After all, there is no pressure. We’re here to play!
Do you have a fun technology you’d like to explore and share with other weavers and changemakers? If you’d like to host a Playspace, let us know! Email firstname.lastname@example.org
Miro is, like Mural and Jamboard, a whiteboard stand-in, but it is more than that. It has the capability built in for video meetings in the app itself, and many features that make it an attractive social innovation tool. Social Innovation Canada introduced us to Miro. Come explore with Tyler!
Note: this is about peer learning, support and capacity building. It is NOT about advertising, so no “product demo and sales pitch” approaches, please.
