Welcome everyone! Our homebase is in Mi’kmaki, the unceded lands of the Mi’kmaq and Maliseet people.

I am Charlene Boyce, content curator for Wayside and Inspiring Communities. I love stories and storytelling, graphic design and online communities. I’m passionate about composting / urban gardening, fighting climate change, feminism and equity issues. I support BLM, Indigenous treaty rights, sex worker rights and reparations for Africville. I am currently working on my Master of Arts thesis, a history of the Misty Moon Show Bar. I write fiction and knit and have been known to hunt Pokemon in the wild.
